Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to manage bookings and stays (performance of a contract), to answer the enquiries you send us (consent) and to comply with the traveller registration duty imposed on accommodation providers (legal obligation).
Recipients
We report registration data to the competent authorities where the law requires it, and share data with the providers of our booking engine, email and web hosting services, always under a data processing agreement.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of your stay and afterwards for the statutory tax and traveller registration retention periods. Enquiries without a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to reservas@forumtarragona.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or third-party cookies before you consent. Technical cookies needed for the website to work are always used. The Google map only loads when you press “Show map”, so no third-party script runs without your action.
